Do this while eating chocolate.
Choose some chocolate--either a type you've never tried or one that you haven't eaten recently. Open it and inhale the aroma. Break off a piece and look at it. Really examine every nook and cranny. Pop it into your mouth. See if it's possible to hold it on your tongue and let it melt. Chocolate has more than 300 flavors. See if you can sense some of them. If you notice your mind wandering, simply notice where it went, then gently bring it back to the present moment. After the chocolate has completely melted, swallow it very slowly. Repeat with next piece. Think about how this makes you feel. Did the chocolate taste better than if you'd eaten it at your usual pace?
