FALSE. To extend the life of your bra, wash it after every other wearing. Use cold water and the gentlest possible cycle and hang dry. Never use bleach--it breaks down the fibers and the elastic. And always close the hooks of your bra before washing. Not only will that maintain the shape; it will also prevent your bra hooks snagging on other garments.
