TRUE. An ill-fitting bra will make you look heavier in your clothes because your breasts will sit lower on your torso and mask the narrowest part of your rib cage. When the proper fit lifts your breasts, the thinner area of your rib cage is nicely exposed and that can leave you looking up to 10 pounds lighter.
