We asked celeb trainer Rich Barretta for the fastest way to a bangin' LBD bod. The former Mr. America has whipped actors and models such as Naomi Watts, Liev Schreiber, Naomi Campbell, Liv Tyler, Gabriel Aubry and Nate Berkus into camera-ready shape. The result? A speedy five-minute routine. (Watch the exclusive video here.)

Do three simple moves to get a tighter tush, toned legs, flat abs and sculpted arms. Perform two or three sets of each move and keep your pace consistent, so there's no break between sets. Set a timer for five minutes and when it dings, you're done!
