Post-Workout Snacking Guide
What are some ideal post-sweat-session snacks?
Aim for fewer than 200 calories for your post-workout snack. Bonci's picks:
- Small yogurt
- Small glass of milk
- Juice
- Smoothie
- Large piece of fruit
- Energy bar
- String cheese
- Small piece of bread with hummus
- Nut butter or Nutella on an apple
- 1/3 c. rice crackers with salted nuts or soy nuts
