What are some ideal post-sweat-session snacks?

Aim for fewer than 200 calories for your post-workout snack. Bonci's picks:

  • Small yogurt
  • Small glass of milk
  • Juice
  • Smoothie
  • Large piece of fruit
  • Energy bar
  • String cheese
  • Small piece of bread with hummus
  • Nut butter or Nutella on an apple
  • 1/3 c. rice crackers with salted nuts or soy nuts
