Workout of the Month: Rogue HK
Kick serious butt with this free routine.
Good morning, Angels.
Good morning, Charlie.
The recent reboot of Charlie's Angels made a splash. (Have you seen this photo of Minka Kelly and company's bangin' bods?)
Now, a new exercise class from Crunch helps you train as if you're the star of your own heart-pumping action film.
Michael Nevermind teaches Rogue HK, a full-body workout from Hong Kong that packs a cardio punch and tones the legs and core. "Women make the best action heroes," he told us. "These moves will clear your mind and make you feel confident." (Watch the exclusive video here.)
How to do it: For each move, perform two sets of 10 on each side. Do the first set slowly. On the second set, sink deeper into the stances and slow down to boost the intensity. The workout takes a mere 20 minutes. Try it twice a week to start seeing results.
Go Rogue.
