Back-to-school means the return of sweater weather...and tempting autumn treats.
To help you get in fighting shape for the fall and prevent the dreaded seasonal weight creep, we asked former pro soccer player Reneé Balconi, owner of Balconi Top Training, for a fast and furious boot camp that requires no equipment. See what she came up with here.
The heart-pumping interval circuit of five exercises tones your whole body and provides a cardio kick. The routine calls for 30-second bursts of explosive movement followed by 30 seconds of recovery. Repeat the circuit three to five times. Do the workout three times a week and see eye-popping results in as little as three weeks.
