These moves will get you swimsuit slim.

It's getting hot, hot, hot. And it's not too late to get a sizzling summer body.

Jennifer Cohen, a trainer for the CW's Shedding for the Wedding and CEO of No Gym Required, developed three super-speedy moves to help you look toned in your two-piece.

The whole thing takes only about six minutes and provides cardio and sculpting. Repeat the circuit three times in a row, three days a week to see results fast.
