Go here for three simple moves to tone your tush. Do 10 reps of each exercise every other day for three weeks to boost your booty. There's no equipment required. "This workout is so effective because it engages your glutes throughout a broad range of motion," Perkins says. Translation: Your butt will look bangin' from all angles! For even faster results, tack on 35 minutes of vigorous cardio after each booty workout.
