Maggie Vessey's Favorite Stretches

Try these athlete-approved stretches.

Heel-to-Butt Stretch: Walk forward while bringing right foot to butt. Grab foot with right hand; hold for one second before switching.

Toe Grab: Sit with legs crossed, heels together, holding both feet with hands. Lean forward, gradually increasing the stretch by bringing heels closer to groin and chest closer to feet.

Leg Swings: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Keeping upper body perpendicular to the ground, swing one leg forward and backward.
