A new reason to get your om on: Research reveals that yoga can get you sweaty in more ways than one. Women who took a weekly yoga class reported an almost 20% improvement in desire, arousal, orgasm and satisfaction after three months.

For Valentine's Day, we asked Tara Stiles (you may remember her from this) to create a pre-date yoga workout just for VJ readers. "It will help you relax so you can get in the right headspace for romance," she says. "Plus, you'll increase energy, flexibility and stamina." (We're blushing!) Hold each pose for five breaths; repeat poses on the opposite side. The routine takes about 10 minutes.
