Chair pose for SNOWGA

Stand with feet together. Inhale and raise arms perpendicular to floor. Either keep arms parallel, palms facing inward, or join palms.

Exhale and bend knees, making thighs as close to parallel with the floor as possible. With knees over feet, lean torso slightly forward over thighs. Keep inner thighs parallel.

Firm shoulder blades against back. Take tailbone down toward floor to keep lower back long.

Stay in pose for 30 seconds to one minute. Straighten knees while inhaling, lifting through arms. Exhale and release arms to your sides.
