Lost in Thought
Take a trip into your subconscious.
There are no swinging pocket watches or carnival trances. At RakSa yoga and wellness center, hypnotherapist Clare Taylor is like a tour guide to your subconscious mind, using hypnosis to help you kick unhealthy thoughts and habits. What to expect:
The write stuff. Your first session will begin with handwriting analysis so Taylor can get a sense of your motivations and behavior. (Analyze your writing with her quick tips here.)
Open to suggestion? You'll take a questionnaire to help Taylor determine whether you're more right- or left-brained. Depending on how you process information, she'll make suggestions during hypnosis.
Suspension of disbelief. Taylor will lead you into a dreamlike state as you relax in a zero-gravity chair and listen to brainwave sound therapy. Besides being in a "happy place," you'll be absorbing subconscious messages to help you make permanent positive changes.
Sounds good to us.
