Miryana's Simple Arugula Salad
Serves 1-2
1 small bag of fresh organic arugula
1/2 tomato, diced
2 Tbsp. crumbled gorgonzola cheese
1 tsp. capers
dash of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar
dash of black pepper
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy.
