Windshield Wiper
Lie on back with knees bent and feet off floor so thighs are perpendicular and calves are parallel to floor. Extend arms out to sides, palms facing down. Keeping shoulders on floor, slowly drop legs to left until they touch the floor. Return to start. Repeat on opposite side.
Make it easier: Lower your legs only 45 degrees to either side.
