Andrea Mitchell's Homemade Fruit Popsicles Recipe
Makes about 4 pops
2 c. fresh or frozen fruit
2 Tbsp. sugar, honey or maple syrup
1/4 - 1/2 c. real fruit juice (sweet juice such as grape, apple or orange works best)
Place fruit in a food processor or blender and purée until smooth. Add fruit juice and your choice of sugar, honey or maple syrup, and purée until well combined. Pour mixture into pop molds (Andrea bought her mold from Whole Foods), add a popsicle stick and freeze overnight. Remove from mold (run a little warm water on the outside of the mold to loosen) and serve at once.
