Jukari Fit to Flex move: Falling Arch
1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, legs bent slightly.
2. Hold open resistance band overhead in a wide V, arms and wrists straight.
3. Keeping arms in a V shape, draw shoulders down and away from the ears. Bend torso to right side, making sure arms are straight. Lift left leg to knee and hold. (pictured)
4. Return to start position; repeat on left side.
