Golden Honey Rum Bananas with Pecans
Serves 8
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. light rum
4 bananas, sliced
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
3 Tbs. candied ginger, chopped
Wisk together honey and rum. Place 1/2 of each sliced banana in an oven-safe ramekin. Drizzle with honey-rum mixture. Broil for 10-12 minutes until golden. Sprinkle with pecans and candied ginger.
