Makeup artist-turned-Ford model Cindy Joseph recently launched her own line of natural, paraben-free makeup products, BOOM! by Cindy Joseph. The healthy beauty dishes on her weekend plans:

  • Satisfy a sweet tooth with a healthy fresh fruit juice.

    Get sweet on this.

"I like juice bars, preferably [the one at] Integral Yoga. I order only room temperature fresh fruit and veggie mixtures. No ice, yogurt or added ‘health powders!'" Joseph's go-to drink: banana, pineapple, mango and apple.

  • Try untraditional healing.

    Be well-healed.

"I don't go to spas. I go to a very special healer, Alan Lee. He is a grand master of Qi Gong. He has performed miracles on my body and spirit. He is a very powerful healer. It's all energy work."

  • Beat workout boredom by integrating different equipment.

    Keep it fresh.

"I work out [in Westchester] with fitness trainer Vadim Vilensky. He keeps it diverse and fun, and uses kettlebells, dumbbells, elastic straps, BOSU balls, barbells and the Rebounder."

  • Ask for this off-menu vegetable dish.

    Mana up.

"Mana makes this big vegetable pancake thing that is delicious. You'll have to request it since it's not on the menu." (Check out the menu here.)

  • Soothe a troubled belly.

    Quit her bellyaching.

"I also get amazing treatments from Barbara Insley who does Shiatsu and Chi Nei Tsang. Chi Nei Tsang is all done in the abdomen. It is an unusual and rare practice that gets powerful results."
