As the founder of O'Cookies (healthy and decadent bite-size treats), Erin O'Leary is a foodie who cares about fitness--she's also an instructor at Physique 57. Here, she shares a few of her weekend plans:
-
Go where everybody knows your name. "I'm a regular at Westville. My staple meal is a side of grilled salmon with their market vegetables. I love the broccolini with roasted peppers (hold the feta) and the artichokes or roasted cherry tomatoes." Multiple locations.
-
Make it to Montauk...sort of. "I recently discovered Ditch Plains. It's been around for a while but I never knew they had so much fresh seafood. Last night, I had Mahi Mahi with a red bean salsa and a side of sautéed spinach. For dessert, sliced watermelon!" 29 Bedford St., (212) 633-0202, MAP
-
Be a Bergdorf blonde! "When it comes to hair, nothing beats a blow out from the John Barrett Salon in Bergdorf, and Jennifer at Oscar Blandi does an amazing job with color." Oscar Blandi, 746 Madison Ave, (212) 988-9404, MAP; John Barrett Salon, 754 5th Ave., 9th Fl., (212) 872-2700, MAP

Face it. "When I need to pamper my skin, Julia March gives the most amazing facials. She is my monthly savior! I leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated from the inside out." 177 Prince St., 3rd Fl., (212) 253-2242, MAP
O' boy, sounds like a lovely weekend to us.
