Libra Max aims to live cruelty-free.

Libra Max

A vegan activist shares her peaceful weekend plans.

Libra Max aims to spread kindness with everything she does--from what she eats to her choice in friends (see Ziggy below!). Her healthy to-dos:

  • We're all Earthlings.

    Get down to earth.

"Earthlings is film that opened my heart in the most profound way imaginable. Even though I am the executive producer, it still affects me deeply each time I see it and share it with others. It can also be viewed online for free!" (See it here.)

  • Ziggy is a rescued dog.

    Snuggle up.

"There's nothing better than spending a Saturday morning at one of the many LA Animal Services shelters where they always need people to walk dogs, snuggle cats and most importantly, adopt these beautiful, angel animals. I adopted my BFF "Ziggy" and saved his life."

  • John Pierre is a vegan fitness and nutrition guru.

    Eat plants, get fit.

"The day I met vegan fitness and nutrition guru John Pierre, I knew I was in the presence of greatness. Training with him on a Sunday morning ensures that my week begins with clarity, strength and gratitude. His knowledge of plant-based nutrition is beyond impressive."

  • Taste non-dairy deep-dish pizza.

Have a piece of the pie.

"I'm from NYC and I know my pizza! Cruzer Pizza is a real New York pizzeria in LA. 100% animal product-free, cruelty-free, non-dairy cheesy deliciousness! I design my own pie with sausage, pepperoni and garlic...Heaven!"

  • Billy the goat was rescued from an unkind petting zoo.

    Make a friend.

"There's a magical place minutes from LA called The Gentle Barn, [where] you can spend an afternoon snuggling and interacting with all kinds of former 'food products.' You can also meet two rescued cows belonging to Ellen De Generes and Portia de Rossi. Visit any Sunday!"
