Power up. "After a morning run, I'll go to A Votre Sante for their Power Breakfast with egg whites, veggie sausage and toast, and I'll split either organic yellow corn pancakes with blueberries, or blue corn pancakes with bananas." 13018 San Vicente Blvd., Brentwood, (310) 451-1813, MAP

Let it roll. "I love to roller skate down the Hermosa strand. I have a pair of white skates with pink wheels--it's so much fun."
-
Jog to Polliwog. "At Polliwog Park in Manhattan Beach, there's a new workout station where you can do pull-ups, chin-ups and incline push-ups. It's like a jungle gym for grown-ups." MAP
-
Look out. "I love to hike, and probably my favorite is Paseo Miramar to Parker Mesa Overlook. It's very challenging, almost completely uphill. You can see all the way to Catalina on a clear day." MAP
We'll race you.
