  • Zen Gray

"People have expectations when they hear my name. Mostly, they think I teach yoga," says Zen Gray, stand-up comic, host of Exercise TV's The Skinny and trainer (she starred on Work Out). "Trust me, you don't want me as your yoga instructor. Downward dog NOW! Namaste, b*tches, let's go!" Check out the funny girl's weekend plans:

  • Mickey-shaped waffles aren't the only choice at Disney.

Going to Disneyland. "I love Disney, and it has plenty of healthy food options," says Gray. "There are kiosks on every corner with fresh fruit, water and nuts. Eat the good stuff first. If you really want the cr*p later, you can have it. But more often than not, the cravings will go away."

  • Bloom Cafe focuses on local, organic, whole foods.

Getting green. "I'm not vegetarian--seriously, I boycott lettuce from time to time--but there's a place called Bloom that has all organic stuff and makes a veggie wrap that's really great with sprouts and avocado and a side salad." 5544 Pico Blvd., Los Angeles, (323) 934-6900, MAP

  • CrossFit pushes participants to their personal best.

Working it out. "I've been going to CrossFit in Santa Monica. Last week, we went to The Patch, a military obstacle course in Riverside. We learned how to run over logs, hurdle and walk down stairs on our hands and feet." 3201 Santa Monica Blvd., Santa Monica, (310) 260-9550, MAP

  • Races can fire up your routine.

Running for it. "I do races every now and then, because those things are nice benchmarks to see your fitness level. I like sprint triathlons because they mix it up: swimming, biking, running. Active.com lists races all over the country."

  • Gray likes to cut loose in '80s style.

Turning back time. "Strap on dancing shoes, and you'll do more cardio than you will in an hour at the gym. There's this little '80s club in Hollywood called "Beat It" on Sunday nights. It's got projections of Wham! and Madonna and Prince." 7070 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, MAP
