Start small.
"When it comes to resolutions, pick one thing to change at a time to make life less stressful. It can be something so simple as a walk at lunchtime or swapping in a healthier item instead of chips at lunch." Check out inspiring weight loss success stories here.

Be a mix master.
"I do three to four days of cardio. The other days, I do toning with light weights or kettlebells, stretching or Bikram yoga. I don't do the same workout every day. If I go walking, I go on a different route in a different area." Get Austin's new Shape Up & Shed Pounds DVD here.

Snack smarter.
"I make trail mix using a variety of nuts like pecans and almonds and mix some Craisins into it. One of my favorite snacks is a hard boiled egg with the yolk scooped out and hummus and an olive in its place." Get more fit tips on her Twitter.

Get fit quick.
"When pressed for time, there are three moves I do each day and it only takes three minutes. They're basic but they work: Do pushups for one minute, sit-ups for one minute and leg squats for one minute." Watch Austin's five-minute workout videos here.
